Refund Policy
Subject to the refund policy of this Agreement, EmpMonitor shall entertain refund requests under careful considerations of terms stated in the policy. We reserve the right to change the Refund Policy conditions any time without prior notice. The user will receive the product on the declared time upon the purchase of the software (we/ us/ our/ software/ product – EmpMonitor) which reflects that the payment is accepted by EmpMonitor. No refunds can be made once the product is delivered to the user on their registered mail.
All the features and solutions offered by Empmonitor and its business units are totally non-tangible and irrevocable, so the possibility of refunds is negligible during the case of order completion via software delivery. It is recommended to the user to understand the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to avoid the conditions of refund.
However, we ACCEPT refund request for the following reasons ONLY:
- Major Defects
- Non-delivery Of Products
- Product Not As Described

Major Defects
Errors can occur due to dependence on social media APIs and site HTML which change from time to time.
We thoroughly check the products before delivering it to make sure the product works efficiently, however some small errors may occur.
If such issues occur, errors must be reported for the approval of our Technical Support Team.We will resolve the defect or error within a mutually agreed timeline depending on the error.If any major fault is found, (reported within 3 days from the date of the first complaint or any other mode of notification given by the customers), the complete refund shall be granted.
If the customer wants, the same product can be replaced or around equal value may be provided.
Please note that our professionals can request for temporary access to your server for identifying and fixing the potential issues within the delivered product. Failure to give such access on request in a timely manner might lead to a late resolution of the problem. If you refuse to give temporary access to your server, it will result in the failure to meet the requirements for a refund.
Non-Delivery Of The Product
The ticket must be raised in the cases of non-delivery of the product occurred by mailing issues, network issues, & server issues from sender or receiver’s end. In such circumstances, the user is advised to reach out to our help desk for assistance requests as early as possible.
The claim for non-delivery of the product must be submitted within 7 days from the initial order placing date. Else, the product will be taken into consideration as received and downloaded.
Product Not-As-Described
The claim for such issues must be reported to our Technical Help Section within 7 business days from your exact initial order date. Else, the product will be taken into consideration as received and downloaded.
Complaints that are based only on the client’s expectations or wishes will not be entertained. The refund eligibility of our product is all about false representation of the product on the official live site.
Take note that we are not liable and thus we do not entertain any exchange/ refund/ return/ requests for the inconsistency of delivered product with any of the third-party software (add-ons, extensions, modules, plug-ins, search engines, scripts, etc.). We don’t certify that our offered products are completely compatible with all the third-party programs and also, we don’t offer support for any kind of third-party applications.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected email, delays for downloading, or any other communication system inconvenience.

Refund Policy
Empmonitor is not obligated to dispense refunds at any time. The users will not receive refunds if any they choose to cancel the account during the subscription term and if the user chooses to downgrade their subscription level during the subscription term.
All returns must be asked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The user shall allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. Our support team will notify the user regarding refund via email.
Acceptance Of This Refund Policy
By ordering EmpMonitor, the user accepts that they have properly read this refund policy with full agreement and are accepting the terms stated in the policy.
We shall advise the user to place the order after reading and fully accepting or agreeing with the terms and conditions stated in this refund policy.
